Der Vortexgipfel ist eine von 3 neuen Cataclysm Instanzen in Uldum. Der Vortexgipfel richtet sich an Spieler ab Level 82 und beheimatet 3 Bosse.
Alle Gegenstände haben das Item-Level 316. In der heroischen Variante spendieren die Bosse Beute mit Level 346 oder einen Satz heiße Ohren. Das Design der Instanz und der Gegner erinnert unweigerlich an Aladin und die Wunderlampe.
